Resolve granules contain paracetamol which is an analgesic (painkiller). Resolve is lemon flavoured and is effervescent which has an antacid action on the stomach. It provides fast relief when you have a headache with upset or queasy stomach or acid indigestion, particularly when you indulged a little too much. Ascorbic acid replaces lost Vitamin C.
