Ear wax is a natural substance that lubricates, protects and cleans the ear canal. Normally the wax and any trapped particles will move along the ear canal to the outer ear, where it dries and disappears. However, sometime wax can build up and harden in the ear canal, causing problems. Earex advance’s dual action formula contains glycerin to gently soften the wax and urea peroxide which releases oxygen to loosen the hardened ear wax deposits and help remove it. Used regularly, it can also prevent the build up of hardened ear wax.
